Midcentury Modern 1966 Remodel Project
A 1966 midcentury modern ranch in Tucson Country Club Estates gets a full transformation—guest bathrooms and bedrooms updated, a whiskey lounge reimagined, a chef-ready kitchen with GE Monogram appliances, and a serene primary suite. Classic midcentury charm meets modern luxury in every room.
Updating a 1990s Tract Home for Modern Living
This 1990s tract home came into our lives unexpectedly—as a sudden project we took on to help a family member. While it checked all the practical boxes, design-wise it was very much stuck in the past. Think builder beige, dated finishes, and rooms that felt disconnected and heavy. We knew it had good bones, and with a clear vision (and a lot of patience), my husband and I stepped in to transform it into a light, bright modern farmhouse that felt timeless, warm, and livable.
